Maintenance and updates on a website we designed, or your own.  You’ll need to supply the user name and password provided by your web hosting company unless we set it up for you.

*The number of pages which can be produced per hour depends upon legibility and format of source material plus complexity of the project.  The hourly rate is based upon an average of 4-6 standard draft pages per hour.  A standard page is single spaced, mono spaced 12 point font, 54 lines, 65 characters per line, input from legible, pre-typed or precisely printed source material. A sample of source material and description of the project is necessary to quote a per page price.

Newsletters: $200

· Four-page Newsletter.

· You can supply the articles or we can find them on topics you might suggest. 

· You can highlight particular services and products, or special events. 

· Includes 50 black and white copies. 

· An electronic file will be supplied if you want to print them in color.  It would be more cost effective for you to have them printed locally to save on shipping costs. 

· This newsletter can also be posted to your website.

Tri-Fold or Bi-Fold Brochures: $175

· You can outline your services and products in this brochure. 

· You can send them when people call you for more information, leave them in your waiting room and on community bulletin boards and other places where professionals disseminate information. 

· Includes 50 black and white copies. 

· An electronic file will be supplied if you want to print them in color.  It would be more cost effective for you to have them printed locally to save on shipping costs.

Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes: $175

· Includes 100 business cards and electronic file so you can print more

· Template for your letterhead and envelopes  

· To announce sales and special events. 

· Includes 50 black and white copies.

· An electronic file will be provided if you want to have it printed in color. 

Advertising Postcards and Flyers: $75 each
